A Man Confesses to Extend His Shoe with a Digital Camera to Film Undressed Women

Three women complained about a man extending his shoe underneath the dressing rooms to film them undressing, when trying out bikinis. These incidents happened in Neptune Beach Florida’s Surf shop, Aqua East. The suspect’s name is Jeff Polizzi. He confessed his crime.

These three women said that they could see a shoe extending two inches in the fitting rooms and in the tongue of the shoe a camera lens was attached. They figured out that someone was trying to capture their nude images and images in bikini. Jeff Polizzi was caught in the parking lot of the complex. In a police investigation, he confessed that he took pictures of these women undressing.

Jeff Polizzi is charged with felony under a "Peeping Tom" statute. Product liability attorneys said “According to law, taking pictures of women in “private areas” are unlawful and suspects can be jailed and/or fined depending on the severity of crime.” Atlantic City workers compensation lawyers said “There have been several incidents of teenagers taking obscene photographs of the girls they were dating through their cell phones. Those videos were traded for fun and monetary reasons. These acts are considered as three counts of felonies.” Charlotte bankruptcy lawyers said "Jeff Polizzi will be punished for the felony he committed but it's good that he admitted it."
