A Door-to-Door Magazine Salesman Accused of Rape & Arson Charges
This post is a warning to all my readers to be very careful of the door-to-door sales people. Please do not let them inside your houses. In a recent case, a 23 year-old suspect Daniel Deshawn Neal of Chicago was arrested for raping and burning a 78 year-old woman. He was working as a door-to door salesman for a magazine.
This elderly woman lived in Grand Prairie, Texas. This woman (name undisclosed) was sexually assaulted by Daniel. He drenched the elderly woman with alcohol and set her body on fire. The woman was hospitalized after suffering serious burn injuries. Detective John Brimmer is investigating the case. Detective Brimmer did not give any information about the magazine that employed Daniel.
Fort Lauderdale criminal lawyer said "This is a case of first degree felony. If convicted of the crime, Daniel will face severe punishment." NYC criminal lawyers said "Setting a woman on fire is a serious crime. This could have resulted in the victim's death. It is an attempt to murder case." Charlotte bankruptcy lawyer said "It is important for companies to investigate the background of their employees. The criminal charges against the employees can severely damage the reputation of the companies." West Palm Beach personal injury lawyers said "Strong background check is important to ensure the credibility of the employees in a company. It is even more important for employees with client facing roles. It is the company's responsibility to safeguard the interest and respect its customers and the prospects."
If you have any suspect acting as a door-to-door salesperson, report to the police immediately and take necessary precautions. My recommendation is not to open the door unless the salesman has a permit to enter.

I feel it is also the case of trusting women employees by most people especially elderly who in the need for care and empathy often get duped by men/women who take advantage of their age/loneliness. Hope they can use their natural-age discretion and also my appeal to all moms and dad with kids to beware of such deception.
What is wrong with people. I can hardly believe that someone could do this to another human being. He should be locked up for a very long time. There is something very wrong with that young man.
this is a very sad news. Poor girls getting rape for nothing. Those maniacs should forever be jailed!
This is just so frustrating because I am a woman and its just I feel the pain of a rape victim as well.
SOME PEOPLE DONT NO DA WHOLE TRUE STORY SO PLEASE DONT JUDGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I to was raped by 2 door to door sales men hired by a newpaper company. Neither men had a background ckeck done, and both had long rap sheets, to include ass. to murder. I am luckly to be alive but I will never open my door to anyone not even girlscots
You are right it is awful! I also think that old people should particularly be aware of such things and beware. One thing to remember and that can be useful for old people is to never let those people come in when they are alone. At the end of the day, they are the sellers so they can come back later, when a relative is also present. It is safe and avoids any risk.
