New York City criminal defense lawyer said “Identify theft falls in the category of felonies. For crimes that come under felonies, offenders may receive at least one year imprisonment or more depending upon the severity of the crime.” Fort Lauderdale criminal lawyer said “The economic slowdown and increasing unemployment can increase the crime rates. The law enforcement system needs to be more alert.”
