Murderer Garcia-Hernandez - An Illegal Immigrant from Mexico Behind Bars

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and Houston Police officers arrested a violent 19 year old criminal Garcia-Hernandez late Thursday. He is an illegal immigrant from Mexico. He is convicted of two murder cases and several other crimes. He is accused of robbing and murdering two women, one in San Diego and the other in Mexico.. He was a wanted by the Mexico police. He is convicted of several other crimes that include, possessing marijuana, escaping law enforcement custody while in detention, and driving with a false driver's license. He is being deported to Mexico and ICE is handing him over to the Mexican authorities.

According to chronicle investigation, 75% of more than 3,500 inmates in Houston told jailers during the booking process that they were illegal immigrants. ICE removed 107,000 convicted criminals from the U.S. in the 2008 fiscal year, which ended in September. But at the same time line, ICE deported twice the number of illegal immigrants without any criminal records, which was widely criticized by few Congress members. This video shows how during recent times, ICE flights' demand have doubled due to the increase in the number of trips for deporting "Alien" immigrants. There are separate flights for illegal immigrants convicted of felonies and serious crimes.
